WHAT IS OUR APPROACH?
PHASE I: Experience
We begin by looking at your business as an outsider and then as an insider to establish where your brand and your strategy is currently. During this time we spend a few hours with the leader(s) / stakeholder(s) of your organization, on-line or during our on-site strategic analysis, to begin understanding current needs and formulating the plan for our partnership.
PHASE II: Education
Next, we formulate and finalize our plan together and begin to teach you the necessary skills to create a business that can grow, one which is full of high-functioning individuals and teams who can grow with your organization and learn to develop new skills. We believe certain fundamental building blocks are essential for any successful business. To do this, we create a culture of continual growth and learning to embrace individual talents and development ultimately forming high-functioning and engaged teams. This translates to a higher customer perception of the value your business brings to them.
PHASE III: Empowerment
From here we empower the leaders to execute their strategy (with the skills we have taught) to continue the growth of your business and the teams of individuals inside it. Our mission is to teach you to be a great leader by mastering certain skills like listening, personal/business goal setting, coaching and authenticity. From here we ask you to begin deploying these skills to lead the individuals who comprise your teams with us as your partner coaching you along the way.
PHASE IV: Execution
Finally, as your partner, we continually keep you accountable to yourself, your organization and to the individuals (and their teams) you lead. We will teach you what to measure to ascertain whether you and your business are winning. This phase includes fiscal planning, forecasting, goal setting, tracking, change and organizational development/alignment to future growth opportunities and risk mitigation.
