Matt Fuller brings 30 years of leadership & development experience to any team. He spent the first portion of his career in lending & private banking serving in various relationship and business development functions, leadership, entrepreneurship, innovation, and training roles for the financial, health & wellbeing, and start-up spaces.  He has a passion for affordable housing and served on the AHI Board for over 15 years, among other board service.

Matt has worked extensively building successful training programs that include employee development, creating highly effective “leaders at all levels” company-wide through the Co-Active Coaching modality.  He has spent over 15 years managing board compliance for non-profits in the mental health, substance use and Veteran support fields to include development & launch of the first of its kind for Nebraska Apprenticeship Program in IT & Media.  In addition, he has built SaaS & web-based products for the outdoor adventure industry et al, carving out new business processes to improve hiring and engagement.
