Matt Fuller brings 30 years of leadership and development experience to the CFO Systems team. He spent the first portion of his career in lending and private banking serving in various relationship and business development functions as well as in leadership, entrepreneurial, innovation, and training roles for the financial, health and well-being, and start-up space. Matt has a passion for affordable housing and PeopleCentrix business models, and has served on the AHI board for over 15 years and the Well-being Initiatives BOD helping drive new innovation in the peer-to-peer mental health space.

His varied background includes working extensively to build successful training programs that develop employees and create highly effective leaders at all levels through the Co-Active Coaching modality. Matt has spent over 15 years managing board compliance for non-profits in the mental health, substance use, and veteran support fields to include the development and launch of the inaugural Nebraska Apprenticeship Program in IT and Media. In addition, he has built SaaS and web-based products for the outdoor adventure industry while carving out new business processes that improve hiring and engagement.    

As a strategic and innovative thinker with a mind for process improvement, company growth, and team engagement, Matt is passionate about taking organizations to the next level.  With a mind for change management, process improvement, and building value through employee/team engagement, he stands ready to partner with and serve organizations to maximize traction and build sustainable growth.
